The SBI Concept

The concept consists of a grouping of approximately 10 executive level entrepreneurs from non-competing companies. Participants in the program are guided by a team of consultants that are subject matter experts dealing with the issues surrounding managing and growing a profitable business.

This consulting offering is a unique program that includes direct consulting guidance throughout the program rather than reliance only on peer experiences that are not proven to obtain desired results. All sessions are directly focused on supplying the group members with tools that they can use in their day to day business efforts, designed to improve CEO and Executive Manager effectiveness and produce peak company and employee performance.
